汽车尾气微粒过滤器喷油助燃再生控制策略研究

摘要: 微粒过滤器(DPF)已成为当前柴油机汽车尾气微粒排放控制技术的研究热点,以其喷油助燃再生方式为例,对再生控制问题进行有益探索。基于排气背压法判断DPF再生时机,阐述其再生控制原理。设计装有DPF及其喷油助燃再生装置的发动机实验台架,实时采集油耗与DPF背压数据,利用MATLAB建立DPF再生排气背压MAP。随机选取发动机工况应用该MAP图控制DPF再生,在规定的再生时间里,实时测取过滤体排气背压及再生温度变化情况,结果表明,按设计的控制策略来再生DPF具有较高的再生效率,整个再生能在规定的时间内安全完成,为DPF的实用化提供了一定的理论基础。

Abstract: Diesel particulate filter (DPF) has been a current hot topic in particulate emission control for diesel engine automobiles.To take burner-type DPF for example, regeneration control problem was studied. Based on method of exhaust back-pressure to judge DPF regeneration time, working principle of regeneration control system was introduced. To design the test-bed for diesel engine with a burner-type DPF, and gather the real-time fuel consumption and DPF back-pressure, the DPF regeneration exhaust back-pressure MAP was built with MATLAB. To control DPF regeneration by the MAP under random working condition, the changes of real-time exhaust back-pressure and regeneration temperature in the filter were studied and analyzed during the set time. The results show that with the regeneration control strategy, the DPF regeneration could be safely completed with high regeneration efficiency. It provides the academic instruction for DPF practicality.-
