气氛对垃圾焚烧中重金属迁移特性的影响
Effect of atmospheres on transfer characteristic of heavy metals during municipal solid waste incineration process

摘要: 对城市生活垃圾焚烧过程中Ni、Cd、Cu、Pb、Cr和Zn 6种重金属在不同气氛中的挥发率进行了研究,同时比较了氧化性气氛和还原性气氛、中性气氛和酸性气氛以及在混合气氛中各重金属的挥发率。结果表明,氧化性和还原性气氛对Ni、Cu和Cr挥发影响较大,Cr、Cd、Pb和Zn在还原气氛下挥发率比在氧化气氛下高,而Ni和Cu则相反;酸性气氛中氯化氢的存在使各重金属的挥发量都有不同程度的增加;同时停留时间越短,气氛对重金属挥发量的影响越显著。Abstract: Volatilization rates of six heavy metals (Ni,Cd,Cu,Pb,Cr,Zn) during municipal solid waste incineration process under different atmospheres were analyzed. The volatilization rates of heavy metals under the oxidative and reductive atmospheres, neutral and acidic atmospheres and synthetic atmospheres were compared. It was proved that the effect of oxidative and reductive atmospheres on volatilazation of Ni,Cu and Cr was great, the volatilization rate of Cr,Cd,Pb,Zn was higher under reductive atmosphere than that under oxidative atmosphere, but the volatilization rate of Ni and Cu was contrary to other four heavy metals; under acidic atmosphere, the existence of HCl increased volatilization of the six heavy metals; moreover, the shorter the reaction remaining time, the greater the effect of atmospheres on volatilization of heavy metals.
