利用同步热分析仪研究碱解污泥的燃烧特性

摘要: 利用TGA/DSC同步热分析仪对碱解污泥的燃烧特性和热动力学特性进行了分析和研究。结果表明,碱解污泥的失重过程主要有3个阶段;碱的加入使得污泥着火温度降低,燃烬温度升高;随着碱量增加,污泥第2阶段燃烧热增加,第3阶段燃烧热降低,总燃烧热降低;污泥第2失重阶段峰前活化能随着碱量增加而不断增加,峰后活化能不断降低。本研究为城市污水处理厂脱水污泥的资源化利用,尤其是污泥作为工业燃料的应用提供了一定的基础数据。Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of combustion and dynamic characteristics of the alkali-decomposed sludge were investigated using TGA/DSC simultaneous thermal analyzer. The results show that the weight loss process of the alkali-decomposed sludge includes three stages. The addition of alkali results in the decrease of ignition temperature of sludge and the increase of the temperature of burnout. Along with the content of alkali increasing, the combustion heat of sludge increases at the second stage, and the combustion heat decreases at the third stage, as a result, the total combustion heat decreases. At the second stage of weight loss of sludge, when the content of alkali increases, the activation energy before the weight loss peak increases, and the activation energy after the weight loss peak decreases. This study provides some basic data for the resource utilization of the dewatered sewage in the urban sewage treatment plant, especially for the application of sludge as industrial fuel.
