电絮凝处理油田生化出水
Electrocoagulation treatment of oilfield biochemical sewage

摘要: 为了减轻对后续处理中超滤膜的污染,采用电絮凝法处理油田生化出水,降低油田生化出水中的有机物含量。研究了电流强度、曝气时间和pH值对水中总有机碳(TOC)和浊度除去效果的影响以及pH值随曝气时间的变化趋势,通过红外光谱对絮凝处理前后水中总溶解固体进行了分析,优化了电絮凝的工艺条件。研究表明,当水流速度控制在50 mL/s,电流强度为2 A,500 mL絮凝出水的曝气时间为30 min时,整套絮凝工艺对TOC的去除率为48%,浊度去除率为42.9%,COD去除率为44%。Abstract: Oilfield biochemical sewage was treated by electrocoagulation to remove impurities and relieve subsequent ultrafiltration membrane fouling. Effects of current intensity, aeration time, and pH value on the removal efficiency of TOC and turbidity were investigated, and the change of pH value caused by aeration time was studied. FTIR was employed to analyze the sewages before and after electrocoagulation treatment. The operation conditions of electrocoagulation treatment for oilfield biochemical sewage were optimized. Results show that the removal efficiencies of TOC, turbidity and COD are 48%, 42.9%, and 44% for 500 mL of electrocoagulation sewage when flow speed, current intensity, and aeration time are 50 mL/s, 2 A and 30 min,respectively.
