Effect of nitrogen and phosphorus on growth of Chlorella vulgaris in Yellow River reservoir

  • 摘要: 以济南市引黄水库中分离出的小球藻为研究对象,研究不同光温条件对其生长的影响;在此基础上设计了4因素3水平正交实验研究氮磷物质对小球藻生长的影响。结果表明,小球藻的最适生长温度为30℃,光强为6 000 lx;氮磷营养盐对藻类生长影响的重要性排序为硝酸盐>磷酸盐>氨氮>亚硝酸盐。引黄水库氮磷含量较稳定,适于小球藻的生长,夏、秋季节应加强小球藻水华的监控预警。
