塑胶运动场地面层中短链氯化石蜡含量的测试方法
Determination of short chain chlorinated paraffins in synthetic playgroud surfaces

摘要: 针对塑胶运动场地面层中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)含量的测试,本文通过电子捕获负化学离子源-气相色谱-质谱法(ECNI-GC-MS)对萃取液净化方式的选择和中链氯化石蜡(MCCPs)可能导致的干扰进行了分析,并对测试方法进行了详细验证.研究显示,样品萃取液采用浓硫酸净化方式的平均回收率可达90%以上,且样品中可能存在的MCCPs对测试结果无干扰;方法标准工作曲线线性良好,方法检出限为0.028 g·kg-1,定量限为0.1 g·kg-1,重复性试验相对标准偏差RSD (n=6)在3.0%—5.0%之间,加标回收率在90%—105%之间.

Abstract: The analysis method of short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) content in surface layer of sports ground synthetic materials was studied by using electron capture negative chemical ion source-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (ECNI-GC-MS). The selection of solution purification methods and the possible interference caused by medium-chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs) during pretreatment were analyzed. The results show that the standard working curve established by this method has good linearity. The detection limit of this method is 0.028 g·kg-1, the quantitative limit is 0.1 g·kg-1, the RSD of repeated test results is between 3% and 5%, the recovery rate can reach more than 90%, and there is no interference of MCCPs. This method can be used to test the SCCPs content in the surface layer of synthetic materials in sports venues. -
