电感耦合等离子体串联质谱测定土壤中21种元素
Measurement of 21 elements based on new HJ soil regulation by ICP-MS/MS

摘要: 本文建立了石墨混酸消解体系ICP-MS/MS检测土壤中21种元素的分析方法.该方法前处理相比传统的湿法消解,可以在4小时内完成整个消解过程.对于稀土含量较高的土壤所造成的双电荷干扰,电感耦合等离子体串联质谱(ICP-MS/MS)的两个可以准确进行土壤中21种元素的检测,回收率均在90%—110%,实现了土壤中多元素快速和准确的测定.此方法采用ICP-MS/MS技术,干扰去除彻底,可以适用于全元素,各种不同类型的土壤中金属和非金属元素的分析,同时具有数据双重验证的能力.Abstract: A graphite digestion procedure combining ICP tandem MS method was developed for 21 elements measurement in GSS certified soil and real soil samples. Compare with the typical acid digestion protocol, the sample preparation method established in this study could completely digested within 4 hours. Although suffering double-charge interference in soil, ICP-MS/MS method achieves the recovery of 21 elements from 90% to 110%. The method reported here can be applied to all the elements in different types of soil with free-interference analysis. In addition, ICP-MS/MS also presents the capability of data validation for elemental impurities measurement.
