城市污泥与稻草堆肥中多环芳烃的研究
A STUDY ON PAHs IN COMPOSTS OF MUNICIPAL SLUDGE AND RICE STRAW

摘要: 将污泥与稻草进行翻堆、菌种翻堆、连续通气和间歇通气4种不同方式的堆肥,应用GC/MS对堆肥中的多环芳烃类化合物(PAHs)进行分析,探讨堆肥产物中PAHs的含量分布模式以及不同堆肥方式对PAHs的降解效果.4种污泥堆肥中ΣPAHs在2.083—28.435mg·kg-1之间,依次是菌种翻堆(28.435mg·kg-1>翻堆(7.303mg·kg-1)>连续通气(4.808mg·kg-1)>间隙通气(2.083mg·kg-1),绝大部分化合物的含量都低于0.20mg·kg-1.堆肥前后ΣPAHs降解率在6.55%—93.20%之间(平均为65.00%),绝大部分化合物的降解率都在90%以上.通气堆肥尤其是间歇通气堆肥对污泥中PAHs的降解效果最好.Abstract: Four composting treatments including manual turning,inoculating-manual turning,continuous aeration,and intermittent aeration for municipal sludge and rice straw were carried out.Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in different composts were determined by GC/MS.Total contents of 17 PAHs compounds(ΣPAHs)in composts ranged from 2.083mg·kg-1 to 28.435mg·kg-1,which decreased in the order:inoculating-manual turning(28.435mg·kg-1)>manual turning(7.303 mg·kg-1)>continuous aeration(4.808 mg·kg-1)>intermittent aeration(2.083 mg·kg-1).Aeration-composting especially intermittent aeration composting was more efficient to degrade PAHs in muni- cipal sludge than other treatments,with degradation rates of more than 90%for ΣPAHs and most individual PAHs compounds.The content of most individual PAHs compounds in intermittent aeration compost was lower than 0.20mg·kg-1.Suitable composting with rice straw is practical to reduce PAHs in municipal sludge by indigenous microbial strains.
