用荧光光谱研究腐殖酸与金属离子Al3+的配合作用
USE OF FLUORESCENCE METHOD TO STUDY ALUMINUM COMPLEXATION OF HUMIC AND FULVIC ACID

摘要: 用同步荧光法对两种来源不同的腐殖酸与金属离子Al3+的配合作用进行了研究,采用非线性回归分析,用荧光强度变化数据,拟合出金属配合物(1:1)的条件稳定常数K,在配合滴定进行的同时,探讨了溶液在500nm处的瑞利散射现象.Abstract: The interaction of aluminum (Ⅲ)and two humic substances (humic and fulvic acid)was studied by using the synchronous scan fluorescence spectroscopy. Computer fitting by nonlinear regression analysis allowed the determination of the K (a 1:1 conditional stability constant)from the experimental data. Rayleigh scattering data at 500nm collected simultaneously with fluorescence indicates precipitate formation during complexing titrations.
