蛋白核小球藻与单甲脒的相互作用
AN INTERACTION BETWEEN Chlorella Pyrenoidbsa Chick AND N'-(2,4-DIMETHYLPHENYL)-N-METHYLFORMAMIDINE

摘要: 本文运用评价化学品对藻类毒性的标准实验方法,得出单甲脒抑制蛋白核小球藻(C.pyrenoidosachick)生长的96h-EC50为3.5mg·1-1实验结果表明,在单甲脒初始浓度分别为3.5,10和20mg·1-1条件下.蛋白核小球藻都不具备降解单甲脒的能力.Abstract: A standard method of algal bioassay for evaluating the toxicity of toxic chemicals was applied and the 96h-EC50 of N'-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-N-methyl formamidine on inhibition of C. pyrenoidosa's growth was calculated as 3. 5mg·1-1. It was found that N'-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-N-methyl formamidine could not be biodegraded by C. pyrenoidosa at the concentration of 3.0, 5.0, 10.0, and 20.0 mg·1-1 respectively.
