聚氯乙烯超过滤膜性能的稳定化

摘要: 本文着重研究和讨论了聚氯乙烯(PVC)超过滤膜制膜液结构的稳定性,并改进了制膜液的组成.控制PVC在DMA溶剂中的溶解温度和添加剂用量等,是PVC超过滤膜性能稳定化的重要保证.用C4醇和PEG双组分添加剂,以DMA为溶剂的PVC超过滤膜在0.25mPa压力下,截留率(M=68000)98%,透水率25ml/cm2·h.Abstract: The stability of stiucture of casting solution of PVC UF membrane was studied, and the composition ef casting solution improved. Controlling the dissolving temperature of PVC in DMA and the additive content is very important to ensure stable performance of PVC UF membrane. When C4 alcohol and PEGare used as additive and DMA as dissolvent, the retention ratio (M=68000) of UF is more than 98% and its water flux is more than 25ml/cm·h while UF is used under the condition of opeiation pressure 0.25 mPa.
