镉-碘化钾-罗丹明6G-阿拉伯胶高灵敏显色体系的研究
STUDY ON THE HIGHLY SENSITIVE COLOUR REACTION OF Cd(I)-KI-RHODAMINE 6G-ARABIC GUM SYSTEM

摘要: 本文研究了在酸性介质中,镉(Ⅱ)-碘化钾-罗丹明6G-阿拉伯胶体系的离子缔合显色反应.提出直接在水溶液中光度测定痕量镉的高灵敏度方法.缔合物的摩尔吸光系数为1.01×106L·mol-1·m-1.研究了共存离子的影响,许多常见离子均不干扰镉的测定.本法用于测定小麦、人发及水中的痕量镉.Abstract: Based on the formation of ion-association complex of Cd(Ⅱ) with potassium iodide and rhodamine 6Gin acid medium in the presence of arabic gum, a highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed to determine of Cd(Ⅱ). The absorption maximum of the water soluble ion-association complex is at 560nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.01×106L·mol-1·cm-1· Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-65ng/ml of Cd(Ⅱ). This method has been applied to the direct determination of trace amount of Cd in wheat, hair and water.
