摘要: 本文研究了Fe2+-5-Br-PADAP-曲通X-100络合体系的显色反应.在pH3.3醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,络合物的最大吸收λmax=565nm,摩尔吸系数ε=6.0×104,络合物的组成比Fe2+:5-Br-PADAP=1:3.铁量在0—12.5μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,利用全差示分光光度法测定了人发中的铁,结果满意。Abstract: The colour reaction of Fe2+ with 5-Br-PADAP and Triton X-100 in HAc-NaAc buffer solution has benn studied. At pH 3.3, there is a maximum absor-bance at 565nm and the molar absorptivity is 6.0×104.The molar ratio of the complex is 1:3. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-12.5μg/25ml of iron.The method has been used to determine iron in hair with satisfactory results.
