本文用高压液相色谱结合荧光分光光度技术定性鉴别了尿样中芘、苯并(k)萤蒽和苯并(a)芘的存在,并用标样进行了定量测定的研究。芘、苯并(k)萤蒽和笨并(a)芘在尿样中的回收率分别为60%、90%和80%;标准偏差为4.7%、17%,检测限为0.77ng、0.05ng和0.06ng。对吸烟者尿中这三种多环芳烃进行了定量测定,结果为芘53.3ng,苯并(k)萤蒽3.7ng、苯并(a)芘4.7ng;而对照组的尿样中,苯并(k)萤蒽和苯并(a)芘的含量均在检测限以下。
Abstract:
Pyrene, Benzo(k)fluoranthene(BkF) and Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) in urine of smokers and coke oven workers were identified by high pressure liquid chromatograpy coupled with fluorescence speetroscopy. The metheodology for quantitative analysis of the three polyhuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)in urine has been developed to improve the sensitivity. The minimum detection limits found for pyrene, BkF and BaP were 0.77ng, 0.05ng and 0.06ng, respectively. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were found to be 60% and 4.7% for pyrene, 90% and 17% for BkF, and 80% and 10% for BaP. The amounts of the three PAHs in urine samples of smokers were determined to be 53,3ng for pyrene, 3.7ng for BkF and 4.7ng for BaP. It is estimated that the Content of BaP in urine of smokers amounts to about 2.5% of the total amount of BaP in cigarette smoke inhaled.
