微分脉冲极谱法测定煤灰、茶叶中镍
DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF NICKEL IN COAL ASH AND TEA LEAVES BY DIFFRENTIAL PULSE POLAROGRAPHY

摘要: 本文对微分脉冲极谱法(DPP)测定镍的各种条件进行了试验,用NH4OH沉淀分离试样中大量的铁、铝元素,同时又可以作为支持电解质进行镍的测定,NiEp=-0.94V(vs.Ag/AgCl)检测下限达ppb,方法简单、快速,灵敏度较高,适于自然界环境污染物中镍的分析。用本法分析了煤灰、茶叶中的镍,所得的数据与原子吸收光谱法(AAS)和感耦等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)的分析结果基本一致。分析美国NBS1633a煤飞灰和1571果叶标准参考物质(S.R.M)得到的数据与其给的标准值也基本相符。Abstract: An effective and simple method was suggested for the determination of nickel at ppb level by differential pulse polarography at hanging mercury drop electrode. In a medium of ammonium buffer solution,there appears a peak of nickel complex (Ni(NH3)2+) at -0.94V (vs.Ag/AgCl sad KCI).A linear relationship between the peak height and the concentration of nickel in the range of 1�10-8g to 1�10-5g was observed. The precision and recovery of this method for determination of nickel are within 1.6 to 3.5% and 88 to 103% respectively. This method has been used to determine nickel in the standard reference meterials.
