DETERMINATION OF ARSENIC IN THE SOIL BY HYDRIDE GENERATION-INDUCTIVELY PLASMA EMISSION SPECTROSCOPY

摘要: 氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中砷的含量是一种灵敏度较高的方法,本法具有准确度好,简便快速等优点。本文研究了影响谱线强度的诸因素,选择了最佳测定条件,使其比直接ICP法测定灵敏度提高了2—3个数量级。用本法测定了标准样品和土壤样品,测定结果的变异系数为1.79,回收率为08—105%。Abstract: A method for the determination of total arsenic in soil by hydride gen-eration-inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy is described, The sensitivity of this method is greater than those of normal direct solution ne-bulization. The method is free from interferences by matrix elements at levels normally found in soil samples. The hydride generator used in this me-thod has simpler structure and it is easier to use.Also, this paper discussed the effects of the elements upon the strength of spectrum lines, and determined the best trade-off working conditions of instrument. The recovery of arsenic is 98%-105%. The method of determination is both simple and fast speed.The precision of measurement is better and results are satisfactory.
