水中微量锗的测定
MICRODETERMINATION OF GERMANIUM IN WATER

摘要: 本文采用微分脉冲极谱研究醋酸—联苯三酚体系中阴极溶出伏安法测定锗的实验条件。锗在-0.58V左右有良好的吸附阴极溶出峰,锗浓度在0.2—50ppb区间有很好的线性关系,其检测限为0.1ppb,具有灵敏、简便、快速、干扰少等优点,能直接用于饮用水、河水、井水、海水等样品中的极微量锗的测定。Abstract: The cathode stripping behaviour of Ge in HAc-pyrogallol was investigated by differential pulse polarography. The Ge (Ⅳ)-pyrogallol complex has a fine adsorptive cathode stripping peak at-0.58V vs. the Ag/AgCl electrode.Ge concentration range from 0.2 to 50 ppb can be determined. The limit of determination is 0.1 ppb. This method is sensitive, simple, and rapid, and the analysis can be used directly for microdetermination of Ge in drinking water, river water, well water, and sea water.
