造纸污泥与味精废液联合厌氧消化试验

摘要: 采用中温单相间歇式厌氧消化工艺,对造纸污泥与味精废液进行联合厌氧消化制沼气,通过设计正交试验,研究不同处理的产甲烷性能以及TS、C/N、接种量三种因素对甲烷产量的影响.试验结果表明,在中温条件下,各处理的VFA、SCOD与累积甲烷产量的变化趋势相同,其中VFA、SCOD指标均在12d左右达到最高值,各处理中仅T3在VFA高峰期表现出甲烷菌活性抑制效应,TS对三个指标均产生显著影响,系统的累积甲烷产量最高达5482ml;正交试验结果直观分析和方差分析显示:三个因素对系统累积甲烷产量的影响程度依次为:TSC/N接种量,其中TS的影响达到显著水平,最佳工艺条件为:TS=10%、C/N=20、接种量=5%,该条件下造纸污泥与味精废液的用量比为10:1.Abstract: The performance of CH4 production in mesophilic anaerobic co-digestion of paper mill sludge(PPS)and monosodium liquid waste(MLW)was investigated.The effect of total solid(TS),total carbon to total nitrogen(C/N)and inoculum concentration was examinde by using orthogonal design.The result showed that the maximum total CH4 volume was 5482 ml;VFA、SCOD and total CH4 volume all reached their maximum on the 12th day;the three parameters changed distinctly with TS.Visual analysis and variance analysis of orthogonal experiment indicated that TS was the main factor and the order of impct is as follows:TS C/N inoculum concentration;the optimal conditions were TS 10%,C/N 20 and inoculum concentration 5% under the dosage ratio of PPS and MLW at 10:1.
