Analysis of multiple pesticide residues in complex food matrices using high-throughput online mini-SPE and GC/MS/MS

摘要: 本文采用Agilent公司PAL RTC自动化样品前处理平台联用Agilent 7890B/7000D GCMSMS分析系统平台分析复杂基质中多农药残留.样品前处理方法采用micro SPE技术,结合PAL3系列产品中的 PAL RTC在线样品前处理平台,实现样品净化程序的自动化,利用软件直接通讯设计使得PAL RTC可与GCMS操作软件实现联机,采用同一规格的micro SPE GC净化小柱在线实现不同复杂基质的样品净化,并完成实时的气质进样.从实验结果可以看出,PAL RTC自动化样品前处理平台运行稳定可靠;净化效果突出,从样品净化后的溶液和全扫描谱图比较, micro\|SPE净化效果优于传统QuEChERS方法;大部分化合物的回收率都在70%—130%之间,满足农药残留检测的需求;系统稳定性优异,对于5 ng[KG-*2]·[KG-*4]g-1的加标样品重复测定6次,3种基质133种目标化合物中超过86.5%的化合物的测定结果的RSD值都小于10%.Abstract: We describe the analysis of multiple pesticides residues in complex food matrices using online sample preparation with an Agilent PAL RTC system followed by separation and detection using an Agilent 7890B GC and Agilent 7000D triple quadrupole GC/MS system. The online sample preparation method is based on micro-SPE technology and is combined with an automated workflow on the Agilent PAL RTC system. The objective of this application is the cleanup of the typically dirty extracts from the well-known QuEChERS sample extraction process to achieve ease-of-use and extended sample throughput with less maintenance. It is shown that the automatic system is robust for different kinds of food matrices. The repeatability of most of the analyte was excellent at less than 10% and the recovery range are all between 70 to 130%. This totally meets the requirements for pesticide residue analysis in foods.
