超声提取-高效液相色谱检测土壤中十溴联苯醚
DETERMINATION OF DECABROMINATED DWHENYL ETHER IN SOIL BY ULTRASONIC EXTRACTION AND HIGH PERFORMANCE LQUID CHROMATOGRPHY

摘要: 利用超声提取-高效液相色谱(HPLC)对土壤中的十溴联苯醚进行提取与检测,并对超声提取条件进行优化.结果表明,超声提取十溴联苯醚的效果不仅具有索氏提取相近的提取效率(二者相对回收率为97%-102%),而且具有操作简单、时间短等特点.当deca-BDE的浓度在100-2000ng·g-1(干土)时,其保留时间(RSD≤5.7%)、峰面积(RSD≤3.3%)、峰高(RSD≤6.9%)以及回收率(RSD≤6.5%)的重现性较好.通过对模拟土壤和实际土壤的对比分析,两者相差不大(二者相对回收率在97%-107%之间).Abstract: The decabrominated diphenyl ether(deca-BDE)was determined in soil by ultrasonic extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),the comparison experiment carried out between the ultrasound extraction and the Soxhlet extraction showed that the method of the ultrasonic extraction were short duration, simple operation and environmental amity though they both had the similar extraction efficiency(the relative recovery rate,97%-102%).With deca-BDE concentration of 100-2000 ng·g-1(dried soil),there were well reproducibility of the retention time"t"(RSD≤5.7 %),the peak area"A"(RSD≤3.3%),the peak height"H"(RSD≤6.9%)and the recovery rate(RSD≤6.5%).Comparing the situation of the artificial soil and the actual soil,there was not obvious difference between the two samples(the relative recovery rate,97%-107%),it was indicated that ultrasonic extraction-high performance liquid chomatography can had been used to determine deca-BDE in soil.
