不同钾肥对几种烟草吸收累积土壤镉的影响
Effect of potassium fertilizers on the uptake of soil cadmium by flue-cured tobaccos

摘要: 采用盆栽试验,研究了3种钾肥对4种烟草吸收土壤重金属镉的影响.烟草云烟87、云烟97、K326和湘3号生长在株洲茶陵镉污染1.0 mg·kg-1以下的酸性土壤上,通过追肥施入3种钾肥(硫酸钾、硅酸钾、磷酸氢二钾),分别测定烟草上、中、下部位烟叶中重金属的含量,探讨3种钾肥对污染土壤pH的影响及烟草吸收土壤重金属镉的差异性.结果表明,K326对镉的富集能力最强,云烟87最弱;硅酸钾对降低烟草吸收镉的效果最好,降低率可达20%-40%;且3种钾肥对土壤pH和镉化学形态的影响均呈显著性水平.Abstract: Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of 3 potassium fertilizers (K2SO4, K2SiO4 and K2HPO4) on the absorption of cadmium by 4 tobacco plants.Tobacco Yun87, Yun97, K326 and Xiang3 were grown in acidic soils in Zhuzhou Chaling with cadmium concentration below 1.0 mg·kg-1 with.Through 3 fertilizers application, we analysed heavy metal contents in the upper, middle and lower leaves of the tobacco to explore the effects of the fertilizers on the pH of the contaminated soil and absorption of soil cadmium by tobacco. The results showed that the accumulation of K326 was the strongest for cadmium, and Yun87 was the weakest, K2SiO4 showed best reduction of cadmium absorbed by tobacco, by 20% to 40%. All the three fertilizers had significant effects on soil pH and chemical speciation of cadmium.
