气相中挥发性有机酸的分析

摘要: 本文介绍了以XAD-2树脂为吸附剂、苄基溴为酯化剂、氧化银为催化剂,用氢焰离子化检测器测定气相中挥发性有机酸衍生化产物的色谱方法,并探讨了有机酸衍生化反应的最佳条件。结果表明,本法对分析C1-C4有机酸的分离效果良好。其中甲酸的衍生化反应率达到98%以上;XAD-2树脂对甲酸的吸附率可高选97%。使用本方法对大气样品中的挥发性有机酸进行了测定,最低检测浓度为几个ppb。Abstract: A gas chromatographic procedure is described for determining volatile organic acids in gaseous phase. The procedure [consists of: Collection cf organic acids by adsorption with Amberlite XAD-2 resin, esterification of the acids with benzyl bromide (silver oxide as catalyst), and determination of the derived products by GC. Conditions have been established for esteri-ficaticn of the acids. Experimental ;results indicated that C1-C4 organic acids can be effectively separated and qnantiviely determined. The esterification yield of formic acid is greater than 98% and the adsorption recovery of XAD-2 resin for formic acid reaches as high as 97%. The method is simple and rapid, and has been applied to the analysis of organic acids in the atmosphere.
