摘要:
报导了用电子捕获检测器,一次检出岩溶地下水中多种微量有机氧、有机磷农药的气相色谱快速分析法。本法以外标峰高法定量,有机氧的最低检出限为0.01ppb(a666),有机磷的最低检出限为0.1ppb(DDVP)。在选择最佳分析条件基础上,进行了方法的精密度与准确度考察,结果表明,方法的平均回收率为86—106%,变异系数不大于13%,同时,对实际岩溶地下水样中微量农药组份进行了测定。
Abstract:
A gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of micro-amounts of a number of organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides in karst groundwater has been proposed. The analyses were performed on a convetnional gas chromatograph equipped with an electron-capture detector. With an external standard procedure for quantification,the minimum detectable level can reach 0.01 ppb for α-666, and 0.1 ppb for DDVP. The method gives rise to a precise and accurate result, with a average recovery of 86-106%,and a variation ccefficient of not higher than 13% for the pesticides tested. It has been used for the deteimination of pesticides in feal samples of karst groundwater.
