水中多氯联苯的气相色谱测定

摘要: 本文介绍了水中痕量多氯联苯(PCB3)的定量测定方法——以国产多孔高分子材料(上试401或402)为富集剂的疏水性吸附法。采用乙醚作洗脱剂,分别用填充柱和毛细管柱气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测。用碱解法和微机时间窗法排除有机氯农药的干扰。本法对PCB3和PCB5的最低检测浓度分别为0.02μg/l和0.12μg/l。应用本法对饮水和地面水中多氯联苯进行了检测。Abstract: A simple method is described for the quantitative determination of poly-chlorobiphenyls (PCBs) in city tap water and river water. Enrichment; was used instead of solvent extraction, for which a porous material SS-401(or SS -402), commercially availabe in China , was chosen as an enrichment sor-bent and ethyl ether as an eluant.The eluate was analysed either by packedcolumn or capillary column GC equipped with a ECD detector. The interfe-rence of organochlorine pesticides was eliminated by alkali decomposition, or by time-window calculation with a microprocessor. The minimum detectable concentrations of PCB3 and PCB5 were found to be 0.02μg/l and 0.12μg/l, respectively.This method has been applied to the determination of PCBs present in city tap water and rivet water,
