苛化麸皮中甲基汞生成量的影响因素研究

摘要: 氯碱工业中,盐水精制所使用的苛化麸皮絮凝剂,与汞离子作用产生甲基汞。汞浓度增加温度升高,生成量明显增加。培养时间和溶液的pH均对生成量有明显影响。麸皮的水解和氧化是甲基汞生成的直接原因。Abstract: Methylmercury can be formed in the brine system of the mercurycell of the chloro-alkali plants using caustic wheat bran as flocculant. Its formation relates with the concentration oi Hg (Ⅱ), temperature, pH, and duration of the caustic process. Hydrolysis and oxidation of the flocculant is the direct cause for the formation of methylmercury.
