甲基丙烯酸甲酯与交联淀粉的接枝共聚物的制备及产物对水中微量金属离子的吸附

摘要: 本文以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,制得了甲基丙烯酸甲酯与交联玉米淀粉的接枝共聚物,当〔Ce4+〕为5×10-3mol·L-1、〔MMA〕为7.52×10-1mol.L-1,于50℃反应4h,所得接枝共聚物的接枝率和接枝效率都较高。将接枝共聚物分别与NH2OH及KH2NH2反应,所得的产物具有对Cu2+,Pb2+,Zn2+等金属离子的吸附能力。Abstract: The graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA)onto crosslinked corn starch with eerie ammonium nitrate as the initiator was studied. It wag shown that the percent of grafting(G%)and graft efficiency (E%) were considerably affected by[Ce4+G% and E% were obtained at [Ce4+-3mol·L-1, CMMAD of 7.52 × 10-1mol·L-1 at 50℃ for 4h. It was found that the graft copolymer can be modified with hydroxylamine and hydrazine, respectively.The modified copoly-mers can adsorb metal ions of Cu2 Pb2+, Zn2+ , andothers.
