摘要:
以活性炭纤维(ACF)对水中CS2的吸附处理作为研究对象,并与另外两种活性炭(颗粒活性炭GAC和粉末活性炭PAC)进行对比研究,展示了ACF对CS2的优异吸附性能与处理效果,即吸附容量大,吸附低浓度效果好.同时运用新的宽平衡浓度吸附试验方法,测试了ACF、GAC、PAC对CS2的吸附平衡曲线,并对几种常见的吸附等温方程进行拟合分析,发现常用的Langmuir及Freundlich方程只是部分浓度段可以符合,不能描述全浓度段的吸附行为,不利于推测吸附机理.而在宽浓度范围内,吸附剂皆很好地符合B.E.T.-3模型,证明是一种多层吸附过程.虽然B.E.T.-3模型计算拟合复杂,但在计算机普及的今天应更多地加以应用,以利于全面考察吸附行为及分析吸附机理.
Abstract:
The adsorption of CS2 in water on active carbon fiber (ACF) has been studied. By comparison with granular active carbon (GAC) and powdered active carbon (PAC), ACF possesses great advantages and excellent adsorption capacities. The adsorptive capacity of ACF is greater and its adsorptive efficiency for CS2 is higher, especially with low-concentration CS2. The kinetic curves of ACF, GAC and PAC adsorption for CS2 were also investigated by wide equilibrium concentration method. The results showed that Langmuir and Freundlich equations did not fit the curve well in the wide concentration range. However the B.E.T.-3 equation fit the curve well, suggesting the adsorption was a multi-layer process. Though B.E.T.-3 is more complicated than the other two equations, with the popular use of computers today, it should be used applied more frequently to the research of adsorption behavior and adsorption mechanics.
